Converts coded MPC format timestamps (obsIDs) of Minor Planet observations into standard UTC dates and times.

1. Use MPC’s Wamo to get coded timestamps (obsIDs) of Minor Planet observations.
2. Paste the dataset in the input field, the upper one.
3. After pressing „calculate“, the decoded time appears in the lower field.

The obsIDs need to be in round brackets (….) otherwise you get „NO OBSID FOUND“ as message.
It is also possible to use only a separated obsID, for example (LZ12Fd9l0000EwUw010000001),
The result will be 2022-11-02 02:24:17.605 in the lower field, try it.
